A self professed barre-rina or a fan of those plié pulses and desiring to get more out of your favourite barre workout?

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet and Pilates, that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. And just like with Ballet and Pilates, the devil is in the details, in particular, alignment.

Having trained in Ballet, Pilates and Xtend Barre, Tabitha strongly believes that the right alignment is key to getting the most out of your Barre workout not just in terms of developing the right muscular tone but also in preventing injuries.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

• take your barre workout to the next level

• see better results by engaging the right muscles

• get that ballerina-esque body

• prevent injuries

Join us for a 2 hour session and discover key aspects of alignment for barre, applying both ballet and pilates metrology. This 2 hour workshop includes a 45min movement class at the end.
